Last week we left the cold Lynden weather and high-tailed it for the 95-102 degree weather in Winthrop, Washington. Perrygin Lake has become a family-favorite vacationing spot ever since my Grandparents dragged us there last year. I practically lived in between the lake and the ice-cream stand, getting an awesome tan and made a whole bunch of awesome new friends to boot! Here are just some of the many pics I got;)
All packed and ready to go. Can’t believe I actually fit 5 days worth of clothes in this thing.
Kids started getting restless halfway there so we stopped in New Halem and played around on their little park. The kids got a kick out of climbing on the train and pulling the bell over and over…..and over.
Ever day there seemed to be at least 10 more bug bites on most of the kids. I was one of the lucky few that went home with almost nuthin’.;)
Like I said, we practically lived in the lake. Me and Dan (he’s the only one that is willing to crazy things with me) went out into the deeper water with the canoe and would jump off, swim back, and jump off again, it was a blast.
Mary just sat in or by the wagon and looked cute alllll week.
Last day of our stay, we all went and had a photo shoot with our new friends:) Mary was getting a little touchy by the last picture so we had to move fast.
Hope you have an awesome day;)
